Creative Art Social (CAS) Consultancy Limited is an award winning arts, culture and heritage consultancy based in London. Established in 2014 in Singapore, as an arts event membership organisation, we have combined our 15 years of professional experience in arts administration, marketing management and education to create a unique arts and heritage consultancy service that has a national and international client list.
Our work is based around our values of integrity, professionalism, authenticity in action, innovation, empowerment and inclusivity and we have a passion for anti racism and social justice that threads through everything we do. We like to bring fresh perspectives and transformational solutions to the sector and we love to work collaboratively with clients who share our values.

Founder and Director
Sam Allen is an award winning arts engagement specialist and Founder and Director of Creative Arts Social Consulting Ltd. Sam is a passionate advocate of anti-racism and social justice in the arts and heritage sectors. Since 2012, she has worked to dismantle structural inequities to catalyse positive and sustainable change by developing audience engagement strategies, improving opportunities for marginalised people in the workforce and building inclusive business development plans to positively transform organisational cultures inside and out.
Sam has worked with a range of leading arts, cultural heritage and educational organisations in the UK and internationally and she is frequently invited to share her expertise as a keynote speaker, lecturer and thought leader on anti-racism, identity, belonging, equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Black British history and decolonisation in the sector.
Sam is also a Director of Museum Detox CIC, a Trustee of UP Projects and most recently she has become the Chair of the Board for Seeta Patel Dance. She has a BA Honours degree in Classical Studies, a post-graduate Diploma in Education and a first class MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths University.
